Wilmington Harbor Enhancement Trust
The Wilmington Harbor Enhancement Trust (WHET) is a
non-profit organization which was formed in 1993 by
property owners, business interests and local boating
enthusiasts, who shared a common interest in promoting the
orderly development of property and recreational activities
along the Wilmington, NC riverfront on the Cape Fear River
Shaping and implementing a vision for boating, beautification
and balanced development along the Cape Fear River.
